Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Sironz Food Supplements Private Limited (Synthesit in India). Please read this policy carefully.

1. Returns

You can request a return if:

• You receive the wrong item
• The item is damaged on arrival
• The product is expired

Conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours
• Product must be unopened, unused, and sealed
• Must include the invoice and original packaging

Returns are not accepted if:

• Product is opened/used
• Return is requested after 48 hours

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed:

• After the product is received and verified
• Within 5–7 business days
• For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  
  

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return verification. In case of order cancellation before shipping, full refund is issued.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it is shipped.Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return if eligible.
